For extra EU shipments we provide Invoice with Intra, Composition, MadeIn and Free Export Document codes.

All products purchased on www.designersdistribution.com are shipped from our warehouses in Italy.
We ship worldwide. The cost of shipping depends on the weight and volume of the package and the country of destination.

For shipments made with DHL courier it is possible to obtain the tracking code by accessing the “My Orders” section. Under Tracking you will find the link on which to click to follow the shipment of your order.
The shipment will only be handled by us with DHL courier.
Order delivery times depend on the shipping country. With express courier we deliver within 48h from the shipment, for couriers other than express couriers deliveries can take from 2 to 7 working days.
To place an order on Designers Distribution you have to select the product you want to buy, choose the quantity you want per size with the + and – symbols (or by writing in the box the quantity you want) and then click on “Add to cart”.
To finalize the order and proceed with payment click on “Go to Cart” or the cart icon in the menu at the top right. Here you will see the summary of your order where you can still make changes, delete or add products, choose the country and the type of shipping you prefer.
By clicking on “Confirm order”, you will be asked to fill in the shipping and billing information and choose the payment method.
Once you have made the payment, you will receive an email confirmation of the order status that you can also view in the “My Orders” section of your profile.
The order is prepared for shipment within 2 working days after confirmation of receipt of payment.
You can change the shipping address by accessing your Profile from the menu at the top right or during the payment process of an order you can specify the desired shipping address.
